About the course
Leaders do not need to be lawyers, but they need to ask the right legal questions early. Space law, the UN Charter and the law of armed conflict determine which options are available, how they will be perceived and who bears responsibility.
This course equips leaders to weigh legal risk alongside operational and political considerations. It also shows how to work effectively with legal advisors when time is short and the situation is unclear.
